With 2nd-generation Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC) and the new Mesh Boost update, up to 31 riders and pillion passengers can now communicate with one another. Public Mesh allows riders to connect spontaneously with other DMC users within range without having to create a fixed group beforehand. Remote Grouping allows you to conveniently set up Mesh groups from home via a link generated in the Cardo Connect app and invite participants via WhatsApp, for example. As soon as the devices are within range, they automatically connect to the Dynamic Mesh network. The range is up to 1.6 km from rider to rider and up to 8 km within a group. Bluetooth 5.2 enables connection to a smartphone and GPS, as well as pairing with communication systems from other manufacturers.
