📍 Delivery Areas & Surcharges

  • Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take longer than standard timeframes.

  • In rare cases, these deliveries may incur an additional surcharge that is not calculated at checkout.

  • Should this apply to your order, SGI will contact you to either:

    • Arrange for the additional payment, or

    • Offer an alternative, cost-effective delivery solution.

✅ Order Handling & Dispatch

  • Every item is carefully pre-inspected before leaving our dispatch facility, which is monitored via CCTV surveillance for quality assurance.

  • Our third-party couriers are responsible for the collection, handling, and timely delivery of all parcels.

🚫 Damaged or Tampered Parcels

  • If your parcel appears to be damaged, opened, or mishandled, please do not accept it from the courier.

  • Instead, report the issue to SGI immediately so we can investigate and assist you accordingly.
