By placing an order through SGI-Moto.co.za (SGI), you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method via an Authorised FSP. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. All orders must be paid in full before processing.

SGI reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or is suspected to be fraudulent.

If unsure, customers should consult with us  before purchasing or installing any product.

SGI is not responsible for incorrect fitment due to customer error.

🔧 4. Installation Responsibility

Unless the product specifies DIY, some accessories may require professional installation.

SGI is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Electrical damage due to incorrect wiring

  • Personal injury caused by incorrect installation

  • Damage caused by modifying the product or vehicle

We strongly recommend professional installation for electrical, structural, and performance-related components.

📦 5. Order Acceptance

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.
SGI reserves the right to cancel or reject an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspicious or invalid payment information

  • System errors or technical issues

If an order is cancelled, customers will be notified and refunded.

SGI is not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from product misuse or neglect

  • Injury or losses caused by improper installation, adjustment, or modification of any product

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Risks associated with motorcycle riding, including accidents, impacts, or falls

  • Helmet-related injuries where the helmet was not fitted, adjusted, or secured correctly

  • Safety failures resulting from improper use, incorrect sizing, or impact after a previous crash

Motorcycle riding inherently involves risk. Helmets and motorcycle accessories can reduce injury but cannot prevent all harm.
The customer assumes full responsibility for selecting the correct size, ensuring proper fitment, and using all products safely and as intended.

Once a helmet has been involved in any impact — even a minor one — it must be considered compromised and should not be reused.

SGI reserves the right to assess each claim and determine whether the item qualifies for repair, replacement, or warranty evaluation.
