Warranty Claims

Many manufacturers offer a warranty period which covers your product/s should the product be defective.

To determine the outcome of a warranty claim, the brand and distributor reserves the right to make the decision on the process in order to resolve the claim at hand. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

Please note warranty processing may take up to 4weeks and will be subject to discretion.

Damaged items

All products are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched however, if your order is delivered and appears to be damaged, please inform us asap. If possible, photograph the damaged item/s and the package in question and furnish us with as much detail as possible in order for us to assist.

All online orders are delivered via a 3rd party therefore a claim procedure needs to be followed. We ask customers to be patient in order to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
