Return & Refund Policy

• In the event of a return or an exchange, the purchaser will be responsible for the return of item in order for the seller to assist the consumer.
• The return of the item should be made within 10 days of the purchase date or from the receipt of delivery, with all original packaging intact and in its original unused condition for the seller to assist.
• In the event of exchanging an item with no suitable alternative then vouchers may be issued to the value of the purchase.

Pictures of products presented on our website are for presentation purposes only. All items come standard and any optional extras such as tinted helmet visors are not included.

SGI makes use of 3rd party delivery services to deliver all online purchases within provinces and central locations. Deliveries to outlying areas may attract a longer delivery times and on rare occasions may attract an additional surcharge that may not be calculated on checkout. Return Shipping Procedure

For customers in any location, you have the option of using the courier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

All return shipments must be prepaid, any returned packages shipped COD will be rejected.
